Cyber Investigation is a digital investigation and cybersecurity company helping individuals and businesses navigate online threats. The company specializes in evidence collection, dark web tracking, data recovery, and delivering court-admissible reports for cases such as fraud, data breaches, harassment, and sextortion.
The team operates 24/7, and due to continuous business growth, the sales department is expanding. At the moment, the team is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen the commercial function and support further revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Handling inbound leads and responding promptly to client inquiries;
Consulting clients on services and guiding them through the solution;
Closing deals as quickly as possible (typically within one call);
Managing client information and deal flow in CRM;
Transferring closed clients to the analytics department for further processing;
Maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style throughout the process.
What will help you succeed in this role:
Experience in B2C sales in the US market;
Fluent English (B2–C2) for everyday communication during calls;
High level of empathy and client-oriented mindset;
Ability to work in a high-volume environment;
Strong communication and persuasion skills;
Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
