We are looking for a Project Manager with experience delivering end to end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects (with focus on Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights) to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, Customer Insights)
- Strong understanding of processes within D365 platform regarding CE modules
- Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional client management and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional and multi-national teams
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or Microsoft D365 certifications are an advantage
- Readiness for occasional business travel is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of D365 CE projects, from initiation through to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, architects and QA
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisor
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plans
- Report project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictability
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery process
