Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents (contracts, agreements, correspondence)
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Advising clients on various legal matters
• Representing clients before government authorities and courts (where applicable)

Requirements:

• Higher legal education
• LL.M. degree (preferred)
• Knowledge of key areas of law (civil, corporate, labor, tax, administrative)
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
• Fluency in Russian and English
