About the role:
We are building an in-house payment solution and are looking for a specialist to help us develop a strong partner ecosystem, grow our community, and strengthen relationships with key market participants across the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new partners (team leaders, wallet holders, and counterparties)
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships within the ecosystem
  • Manage and grow our Telegram community channel, ensuring consistent engagement and communication
  • Contribute to the development of commercial proposals, promotional campaigns, and referral programs
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to support and optimize partner-related processes

What we are looking for:

  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong interest in partnerships, growth, and business development
  • Experience in B2B, fintech, payments, or digital ecosystems is a strong plus
