About the role:
We are building an in-house payment solution and are looking for a specialist to help us develop a strong partner ecosystem, grow our community, and strengthen relationships with key market participants across the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners (team leaders, wallet holders, and counterparties)
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships within the ecosystem
- Manage and grow our Telegram community channel, ensuring consistent engagement and communication
- Contribute to the development of commercial proposals, promotional campaigns, and referral programs
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to support and optimize partner-related processes

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong interest in partnerships, growth, and business development
- Experience in B2B, fintech, payments, or digital ecosystems is a strong plus
