Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the management of WDM order, profitability, strategic goals, market goals, and industry policies, and expand the datacom market space.
- Be responsible for WDM projects in Kazakhstan provide market insight, solution enablement, communicate with customers, and make breakthroughs in market presence.
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer technically solutions(HLD/BOQ/technical proposal)，managing product life cycles.

Requirements:

- Techincal knowledge of SDH/WDM, english, Sales and product management:
Have more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Communication skills
- Presentation and customer communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical details and solutions in language that customers can understand.
- Proficient in English and Russian
Working with customers:
-Experience working with telecom operators and internet service providers.
-Ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
