The ideal candidate brings solid experience in product planning, pricing strategy, and market analysis, along with proven expertise in working with large datasets, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination in an international environment.
Responsibility:
Product Planning
- Long-term strategy planning;
- Model lineup development & optimization. Trim mix. Price Walks;
- Negation with headquarter and factories. Providing proposals & request. Reporting;
- Top-management materials preparation;
Pricing
- Price positioning (Market base / Cost base);
- Price negotiation with OEM, HQ & Finance Dep;
- Incentive tactic campaign planning & effect analysis (ROI);
New model & special project launches
- Launch strategy planning. Cross-department work coordination. Launch KPIs control (ROI);
- Annual business planning & Budgeting preparation;
Market & customer research
- Market analysis preparation reporting to HQ;
- Providing customer research & car clinics (Qualitative research, CATI & etc);
- Market research. Working with analytical market data base & other systems: BeeCars (or JATO) & etc;
Requirements/Hard skills:
- Automotive production or engineering background;
- Annual business planning & Budgeting preparation;
- Working experiences in International companies or close cooperation with OEM HQ at Distributor level;
- Working experience with big data (Market statistics, Carlow, Cost operation Control);
- Reporting skills (Power Point);
- English fluent.
