About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role is critical in generating new business opportunities and collaborating closely with the sales team.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential leads and target accounts
  • Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Perform high-volume outreach (100+ calls/emails per day)
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Understand customer needs and assess product fit
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce CRM or HubSpot
  • Follow up and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

Requirements​​​​​​​:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:
  • Fully remote role
  • Must be available to work in US time zones (EST/PST)
  • Requires stable high-speed internet and a reliable laptop
