About the Employer

Our client is a B2B SaaS company transforming how financial institutions handle real estate tax servicing. Their platform automates escrow tax search, delinquency tracking, payment processing, and portfolio management for regional banks, credit unions, and lenders. They replace time-consuming manual workflows with a streamlined, compliance-ready solution used by loan operations teams, compliance officers, and IT vendor managers nationwide.

What Will You Work On?

Own and evolve the backend architecture of the core platform that powers escrow tax search, delinquency tracking, payment processing, and portfolio management
Design and build scalable, secure RESTful APIs that serve the front-end and integrate with external banking systems
Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases to handle growing loan portfolio data
Architect and maintain AWS infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security
Lead the technical direction of the project, making key decisions on code-level architecture and system design
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Implement security best practices including encryption, decryption, and data protection across the platform
Collaborate with the front-end developer and product owner as a team lead, guiding technical execution from planning through delivery

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

4+ years of experience as a backend developer
Strong proficiency in Node.js for building server-side applications
Solid experience with PostgreSQL including database design, optimization, and management
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.)
Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs
Experience building scalable, high-availability applications
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, ECS, or similar)
Experience with microservices architecture
Strong understanding of security best practices including encryption, decryption, authentication, and data protection
Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Deep understanding of code-level architecture and system design patterns
Demonstrated ability to lead a technical team, working alongside front-end developers and product owners
Ability to take ownership of the technical roadmap and make architectural decisions independently

Nice to Have

Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines
Familiarity with CDN configuration and SPA deployment strategies
Exposure to fintech, lending, or financial services platforms
Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in financial software

Working hours:
from 15:00 to 24:00 Tashkent time, Remote
