At Alconost, we localize apps, games, websites, and software into 120+ languages, produce videos, and run multilingual advertising campaigns. Our clients include companies like TikTok, JetBrains, GitHub, and Harvard University — and our network of linguists is what makes it all possible.

We're looking for a Vendor Manager to own relationships with our global community of professional translators and ensure every project is staffed with the right people at the right time. This is a remote role for someone who's organized, people-savvy, and excited about languages and global communication.

You're the kind of person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. You know how to build trust with professionals from different cultures, communicate clearly in English, and juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. You're comfortable with data, contracts, and negotiations — and you genuinely enjoy the process of finding the right person for the right job.

You're someone who:

• Communicates confidently in English — both in writing and on calls
• Thinks analytically and spots patterns in data and performance metrics
• Is genuinely curious about languages, cultures, and how the world communicates
• Stays organized under pressure and manages multiple tasks in parallel
• Works independently and takes ownership of their responsibilities

✨ Nice to have:

• A second (or third!) foreign language — it's a real advantage in this role
• Background in translation, localization, or linguistics
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments
• Familiar with AI tools (Cursor, Antigravity, ChatGPT, etc.)

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a global database of professional linguists
• Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors worldwide
• Onboard new linguists and guide them through our processes
• Monitor quality and performance — and step in when standards slip
• Match the right linguist to the right project, every time
• Track metrics and turn data into decisions
