Sales Manager

We are looking for experienced Sales Manager to join our growing international team in Minsk and to work with international leads in the financial sector.
If you speak English confidently and are ready to develop in B2B sales, this is a great opportunity to build a career in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing inbound leads (Facebook, website).
* Conducting calls and consultations.
* Identifying client needs.
* Presenting solutions (payment solutions).
* Handling objections and closing deals.
* Сustomer support right up to the payment.

Requirements:

* Experience in sales (finance preferred)
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with cold/warm leads
* English level B2+ (mandatory)
