Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for the department’s operation, responsibility for daily needs and operations of department
- Staff Control, control over the work of department specialists, including the units that provide services at the Customer’s production sites
- Financial Control
- Control on the implementation of the Sales Plan in accordance with the assigned budget for MMT, AGF and GSIT services
- Participation in sales and new Clients attraction, ensuring the development and search for new business lines
- To develop Projects and Strategy of AFC business in region
- To develop AFC Services by finding the required services in Kazakhstan, which will be appropriate both customers and company
- Maintaining constant control over the quality of work providing timely reports in accordance with concluded contracts
- Conducting operations meetings related to the organization of work in projects
- Participating in the development and implementation of measures to improve the quality of work
- Engaged in the selection and placement of personnel, contributing in improvement the general and technical level of the department staff.
