We are looking for a strong Head of Sales who can build an effective sales system, scale the business, and develop long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs;
- Lead and manage the sales department, including task allocation, performance control, and team development;
- Drive new client acquisition and expand the existing client portfolio;
- Lead negotiations with key clients at the top-management and decision-maker level;
- Optimize and enhance sales processes, including the implementation of tools and CRM systems;
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and project delivery teams;
- Oversee the quality of commercial proposals and tender submissions;
- Analyze sales performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall efficiency;
- Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership;
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members;
- Build a strong team culture and contribute to the development of the company’s corporate values.
We expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, PR, Event Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and/or event industry
- Previous team management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (experience with Bitrix24 will be an advantage)
- Confident PC and MS Office user
- Knowledge of Kazakh and English will be considered an advantage.
