EZ Solutions is the leading corporate event agency in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, with more than 20 years of experience and 4,000+ completed projects. We deliver large-scale events, set high industry standards, and are constantly driven by innovation and fresh ideas.

We are looking for a strong Head of Sales who can build an effective sales system, scale the business, and develop long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual KPIs;
  • Lead and manage the sales department, including task allocation, performance control, and team development;
  • Drive new client acquisition and expand the existing client portfolio;
  • Lead negotiations with key clients at the top-management and decision-maker level;
  • Optimize and enhance sales processes, including the implementation of tools and CRM systems;
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and project delivery teams;
  • Oversee the quality of commercial proposals and tender submissions;
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall efficiency;
  • Prepare management reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership;
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members;
  • Build a strong team culture and contribute to the development of the company’s corporate values.

We expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, PR, Event Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and/or event industry
  • Previous team management experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (experience with Bitrix24 will be an advantage)
  • Confident PC and MS Office user
  • Knowledge of Kazakh and English will be considered an advantage.
