Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the finance function (accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A);
- Budgeting, financial planning, and performance management;
- Cash flow and working capital management;
- CAPEX planning and control within large-scale investment projects;
- Development and implementation of financial processes, controls, and policies;
- Financial reporting to shareholders and stakeholders;
- Supporting strategic decision-making and business expansion.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles;
- Strong background in financial controlling, FP&A, and reporting;
- Experience in capital-intensive industries (manufacturing, agro, mining, FMCG, etc.) is highly preferred;
- Proven experience with budgeting, cost control, and investment projects;
- Experience in international companies or joint ventures is a plus;
- Fluent English.
