About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to manage full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, and coordination of international staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including key roles
- Partner with managers on hiring needs
- Oversee HR documentation and ensure compliance
- Coordinate processes for international employees (visa, relocation support)
- Support onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, hiring efficiency)
- Improve HR processes and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working with international staff
- Fluent English (spoken & written) — mandatory
- Fluent Russian (spoken) — mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Will be a plus
- Experience in building HR processes
- Experience in international or multicultural environment
