Project Sales Manager (Astana & Regions)

• Lead B2B and B2G sales efforts in the construction and interior design sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, designers, contractors, and government stakeholders
• Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and project briefings
• Identify and engage potential clients, manage full-cycle project sales
• Prepare commercial offers and tender documentation; participate in public and private tenders
• Visit construction sites regularly to monitor project progress and client needs
• Collaborate closely with the London-based project team
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and performance targets

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B not les than 3 years
• Experience in working with the interior designers
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Good knowlege of Uzkekistani construction and interior design sector
• Fluency in Kazakh ( B1+) and English (B1+)
• Ability to travel within Kazakhstan
