We don’t just sell real estate — we analyze the market, calculate deal economics, and help clients make rational investment choices.
We work with international clients and partners, build structured sales processes, and are actively scaling.
We are now looking for a team member who will work with inbound leads and help turn interest into deals.
Key Responsibilities
Contact new inbound leads via call, WhatsApp, TG, Line, or email.
Qualify each lead using a structured checklist (budget, location, property type, purpose — investment/living, purchase timeline).
Ask the right questions to understand client needs and buying motivation.
Share curated property selections or brochures via WhatsApp/email.
Schedule Zoom consultations or property viewings with Senior Sales Managers.
Maintain accurate CRM records: conversation notes, next steps, and tags.
Follow up on unresponsive leads (Day +1, +3, +7).
Report feedback on lead quality and marketing performance.
Requirements
Fluent English (verbal & written).
1–3 years experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Real Estate.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Confident on the phone and familiar with international clients.
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple channels (WhatsApp, Line, email).
CRM experience.
