POSITION PURPOSE

As a trainee you can take part in supporting recruitment activities and implementing local and global P&C initiatives aimed at engaging current and future employees. Together with the team, you’ll work on positioning and differentiating JTI as an employer and increasing the attractiveness of JTI as a place to work.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

> We are looking for fresh graduates (not earlier 2025) with the degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Marketing, Management, or any similar.

> We appreciate dedicated trainees with good energy, ability to ideate, willingness to strive more and welcome challenges.
