Head of Product (crypto/trading/fintech)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution across a fast-growing digital asset ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the product function.

🔹 Responsibilities:
Own and drive the full product roadmap (web, mobile, back-office)
Translate company strategy into clear product plans and releases
Lead end-to-end product delivery: from discovery to launch
Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business teams
Build and manage a strong product team
Improve key metrics: acquisition, retention, revenue, and user experience
Align product execution with business goals and market trends
🔹 Requirements:
8+ years in product management (4+ years in leadership roles)
Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial platforms
Deep understanding of exchanges, wallets, KYC, and fiat systems
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product roadmaps
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Experience launching or scaling crypto exchanges or trading platforms
Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or token ecosystems
Experience with third-party integrations and liquidity providers
