We are a fast-growing business with a strong focus on unit economics, scalability, and long-term value creation. At this stage of growth, we are strengthening our Product Line team to work on our connectivity domain, which includes Mobile Data (eSIM), Virtual Numbers, Voice, SMS, VPN, and bundled communication products.
✨ About the Role As Product Manager (Connectivity), you will own the development and improvement of products within the connectivity domain, launching new products and markets globally. You will be responsible for building and scaling products like eSIM, Virtual Numbers, and VPN, linking technical implementation with telecom partnerships and profitability. Your key mission is to ensure product performance and growth — so management and users always see the best-in-class connectivity solutions in the travel-tech space. This role plays a central part in connecting engineering, design, lifecycle/growth, payments, and operations into a unified product delivery system.
📝 Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle & Domain Ownership: Own and develop products within the connectivity domain (eSIM, Virtual Numbers, Voice, SMS, VPN, bundles). Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing improvements. Ensure consistency between product features and market needs. Initially validate new product offers and gradually support their full-scale implementation.
Connectivity & Partner Integration: Control the technical and business requirements for integrations with telecom providers and partners. Verify product propositions, plans, and bundles. Ensure alignment between technical feasibility, partner capabilities, and user experience. Build unified product visibility: “what we offer, to whom, and why”. Monitor performance across multiple markets and segments.
Performance & Profitability Control: Lead plan/fact analysis for product revenue and profitability. Prepare regular performance reports for your product area. Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data and metrics. Maintain pricing strategies and unit economics integrity. Support forecasting through reliable market research and competitor analysis.
Growth & Market Expansion: Prepare and maintain strategies for launching new products, features, and markets. Track upcoming opportunities and use cases. Coordinate with lifecycle/growth teams on upsell, cross-sell, retention, and monetization mechanics. Ensure linkage between product launches, marketing beats, and revenue goals.
Cross-functional Coordination: Support the development process together with engineering, design, and operations teams. Track execution of product roadmaps and feature delivery. Identify friction points in the user journey early. Provide structured inputs for product-market fit and scaling.
Product Development & Research: Develop and automate product performance tracking in ___. Improve integration between connectivity platforms and internal systems. Participate in further market research and competitive analysis. Support development of scalable connectivity processes.
📩 Requirements 3+ years of product ownership or product management experience in digital products (mobile, web, or platform)
Hands-on experience launching new features, products, or entering new markets from scratch
Strong product and business thinking; ability to work with product data, metrics, and unit economics
Solid understanding of pricing, bundles, and product propositions in a digital ecosystem
Familiarity with telecom, eSIM, VoIP, virtual numbers, VPN, fintech, subscriptions, or marketplaces
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and high ownership of product integrity
Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing
