- Provide day-to-day IT support to 150+ users across all entities
- Set up, configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding: device setup, account creation, access provisioning
- Maintain and troubleshoot local area network (LAN), Wi-Fi access points and network switches in the office
- Coordinate with internet service providers and local network vendors on connectivity issues
- Perform periodic on-site IT support visits to the Solar Energy Project site (~3 hours from Bishkek)
- Provide basic first-line support for all application systems (user access, common issues)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration or a similar hands-on IT role
- Proven experience supporting users in a corporate environment
- Windows OS administration (Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics)
- Microsoft 365 administration: user and license management, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online
- Network fundamentals: LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, basic troubleshooting
- MikroTik configuration and administration: RouterOS, firewall rules, VPN, DHCP, DNS
- Hardware support: laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals — setup and repair
- Basic knowledge of 1C (user access management, common issues)
- Active Directory basics: user accounts, group policies, password management
- Knowledge of English
