As we continue to grow our sales direction, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Growth SDR (Product, B2B SaaS) to join our team and support business development by building a consistent and high-quality pipeline of potential clients.
About the role
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / Growth SDR with a product mindset who will take ownership of building and scaling lead generation for our upcoming product.
This is not a classic SDR role — we are looking for a proactive and autonomous specialist who can generate hypotheses, test channels, analyze results, and iterate quickly.
You will work closely with founders and the sales team, contributing directly to the product’s go-to-market strategy and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale lead generation for a product (not services) across different channels
- Identify and define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, automation tools)
- Generate and test hypotheses around messaging, channels, and conversion
- Analyze funnel performance: open rates, reply rates, conversion to meetings, SQLs
- Continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on data
- Create and maintain lead databases and segmentation
- Work with CRM systems and ensure data accuracy
- Pre-qualify leads and transfer high-quality opportunities to Sales
- Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and demand generation
- Support product launch activities and early-stage growth initiatives
Requirements
Must have:
- 1+ year of experience in product companies / product teams (SaaS, EdTech, IT products)
- Experience in lead generation for product offerings
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels and product-led growth basics
- Proven experience with outbound lead generation tools and channels
- Ability to build and validate hypotheses (ICP, messaging, channels)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with funnel metrics
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- English level B1–B2 (written and spoken)
- High level of ownership and autonomy — ability to work as a solo contributor
- Structured thinking and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in early-stage startups (0→1 lead generation setup)
- Experience with product launches / pre-release stages
- Background in EdTech or SaaS
- Experience with growth experiments / demand generation / content-led lead gen
- Knowledge of additional languages (German, Arabic, etc.)
