Collect and analyze information on competing services in the market.
Analyze customer needs, classify them, and develop appropriate service plans based on the company’s existing data.
Maintain daily communication with key clients and distributors regarding service requirements.
Prepare post-warranty service contracts.
Manage local personnel in subsidiaries on a daily basis and allocate tasks accordingly.
Conduct regular assessments of team members in accordance with company regulations.
Manage regional platforms and distributor service operations.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Execute service-related work.
Collaborate in the implementation of various marketing and promotional activities.
Lead and supervise all electrical construction activities in compliance with drawings, specifications, QA/QC, and HSE standards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
5+ years of experience in after-sales service, including 2+ years of service management experience
Familiarity with common maintenance and repair procedures for construction machinery, troubleshooting methods for common malfunctions, and management of frontline service personnel
