E&S Engineer (Environmental & Social Engineer)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with environmental and social (E&S) requirements across all projects

• Monitor adherence to national regulations, IFC Performance Standards, and client requirements

• Support environmental monitoring and social safeguard implementation

• Prepare E&S reports, monitoring logs, and compliance documentation

• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and local authorities

• Identify environmental and social risks and propose mitigation measures

• Support sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Social Sciences, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E&S within EPC or construction projects

• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects (Solar, OHTL, Substation, BESS)

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards

• Strong analytical and reporting skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Languages: Uzbek, Russian, English (required)

Preferred:

• ISO 14001 certification or equivalent

• EIA/ESIA training or certification

• First Aid and Occupational Health & Safety training
