Entry-Level Claims Specialist (Trucking Company)

Nomad Group Holding is looking for a Claims Specialist to manage trucking-related claims from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

• Handle claims (accidents, cargo, damage, towing) from opening to closure
• Collect and organize documents (driver statements, photos, reports, invoices)
• Communicate with insurance companies, adjusters, and repair shops
• Track claim status, deadlines, and payments
• Work closely with Dispatch, Safety, Fleet, and Accounting teams
• Maintain accurate records in Bitrix and tracking spreadsheets

• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills (email & phone)
• Ability to manage multiple claims at once
• Organized and responsible
• Experience in trucking or insurance (preferred)
