Dispatcher (Load Booking Focus)

Compensation:

Main Responsibility (Key Focus):
Booking loads and working with brokers is the main KPI

• Find and book loads using DAT and Truckstop
• Negotiate rates with brokers
• Secure loads at the highest possible rate
• Keep trucks loaded with no downtime
• Build and maintain broker relationships

Additional Responsibilities:
• Coordinate drivers on loads
• Handle delays and operational issues
• Monitor load execution
• Work in TMS (DataTruck or similar)

Requirements:
• Dispatcher experience (strong focus on load booking)
• Experience with DAT and Truckstop
• Strong negotiation skills
• English – conversational level
• Results-driven mindset
