Pixw.ai is an AI-powered creative production studio. Launched in 2025, we've have worked with artists, traditional production studios, and brands across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

Our belief: more beauty, less radicalism. We train AI to feel beauty, not just produce it — and we hold every deliverable to that standard. What we bring to brands is more creative options at every stage of a campaign, and a production speed traditional studios can't match.

About the role

We're looking for someone to own new business from scratch. That means identifying the right brands, reaching out cold, running discovery calls, and closing. You'll lead the client relationship through their first project — then hand off to the production team.

This is 80% hunting, 20% account transition. If you've spent most of your career managing warm leads or existing accounts, this probably isn't the right fit.

We want someone who is stronger than us at pipeline process — who knows when to follow up, how to work different cycle lengths, and when to move on. If you can teach us how it's done, even better.

What you'll do

  • Build and manage your own outbound pipeline — LinkedIn, email, sequences
  • Identify target brands and research the right contacts
  • Run discovery calls — listen first, propose second
  • Close retainer and project deals with Western fashion, beauty, and wellness brands
  • Guide new clients through their first project (concept test → finals → adjustments)
  • Hand off to the production team once the relationship is established

What we're looking for

  • B2B sales experience at a creative studio, production company, or creative agency
  • Western clients in your history — US, Canada, UK, or Europe
  • You know how to write cold outreach that gets a reply
  • You understand creative production — briefs, deliverables, revision rounds
  • You manage your own pipeline without being managed
  • English C1+ — you write and speak without effort
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and technologies and what it can do for brands

Nice to have

  • Sold specifically to fashion or beauty brands
  • Worked at a boutique studio or independent creative agency
  • Sold retainer models, not just one-off projects
  • Strong opinions on how outbound pipeline should work

Red flag

  • Only inbound experience — never built a pipeline from zero
  • Sales experience limited to CIS or Russian market only
  • Can't explain the difference between hero content and lifestyle content
  • "Fluent English" that turns out to be B2 on a call

  • Competitive base + uncapped commission — 20% on first deal per client, 10% on the second. Salary review every 6 months.
