Technical Solution Manager (Solar PV SA)

Job Description
Being a Technical Solution Manager for the Smart PV is an important task as you are the one to know what setup of our solutions will satisfy the customer needs. We are looking for an experienced Solution manager (SPV SA) with an extensive Knowledge and Experience in Solar PV System and energy saving solution to Support the sales team with PV&BESS system technical solutions and become a trusted technical advisor to the customer. You will support the sales team in customers meetings & projects discussions, support Project pre-sales requirements such as reviewing PV strings design and propose suitable solutions. You will Attend industry marketing events to support the improvement and expansion of the company’s brand recognition. You will also Support internal technical document control and management and be involve in Training customers on existing and new SPV products features and applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for Residential / C&I PV products and solutions, delivering solution value to customer. Duties include leading an ambitious team, build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.
• Understand customer requirements, identify customer pain points related to products, and develop targeted strategies and solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Identify, qualify and close customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals
• Product planning, analyze Technical demand/Product function/License
• Technical solution verification with customer & solution optimization to ensure the leading edge
• Support project bidding by preparing BOM/quotation
• As the communicator of the value of the client smart PV plant solution, plan value presentation, technical exchanges, and special branding activities to guide customers to accept clients smart PV solution.

Requirements
• At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the same field of work
• Master the basic theory & knowledge of Solar Inverter technology
• Familiar with PV system design, including sizing of the PV strings, equipment selection, cable sizing, system optimization
• Basic knowledge of BESS solutions
• Knowledge of PV inverter technology, e.g. MPPT, LVRT, etc.
