Project Manager

♦️ About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our outsourcing team. Your primary focus will be on delivery — ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time and within scope. You will coordinate development teams, run Scrum ceremonies, conduct demos, and maintain project health across multiple projects simultaneously. We also expect a solid foundation in business analysis or systems analysis, enabling you to independently handle requirements and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

♦️ Primary Responsibilities

• Manage delivery across 3–5 projects in parallel, ensuring on-time and within-scope execution

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)

• Conduct demos, presenting completed work and gathering feedback

• Coordinate cross-functional development teams and manage resource allocation

• Set up and maintain Information Radiators in the project management system (Linear)

• Track project progress, manage risks and dependencies, escalate blockers

• Own delivery documentation, sprint reports, and project knowledge base

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Create and maintain User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Linear

• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and wireframes/mockups when needed

• Perform manual testing of deliverables against requirements

• Support UAT planning and execution

• Participate in client communication — progress updates, requirement clarifications, demo sessions

♦️ Required Qualifications

♦️ Experience & Education:

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development

• Proven experience working in outsourcing/outstaffing companies

• Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Background in business analysis or systems analysis is expected

♦️ Communication:

• English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) — strong written and verbal communication skills required

• Ability to clearly present project progress, demo deliverables, and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable participating in client-facing calls and meetings

♦️ Project Management & Delivery:

• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies

• Experience with project planning, estimation, risk management, and resource coordination

• Experience with project management tools (Linear, JIRA, or similar)

• Comfortable working with distributed teams and managing asynchronous workflows

• Ability to manage scope, priorities, and dependencies across multiple projects

♦️ Analysis & Technical Competencies:

• Understanding of requirements management practices and ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• Familiarity with system integration concepts and APIs

• Understanding of data flows and ETL processes

• Basic knowledge of database structures and data modeling

• Manual testing skills — ability to verify functionality against requirements

• Ability to understand technical constraints and communicate them to stakeholders

♦️ Preferred Qualifications

♦️ AI Tools Proficiency:

• Active experience leveraging AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance documentation, analysis, and workflow automation. Candidates should demonstrate how they use AI to improve productivity and quality
