About the Role:
We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to join our Channel Sales team and drive revenue growth through a global ecosystem of partners.
This role combines partner relationship management, sales enablement, and indirect revenue generation. You will be responsible for developing partners into self-sufficient, high-performing sales channels while actively supporting them in closing opportunities.
About the Team:
The Channel Sales Department is responsible for expanding market reach and driving revenue through a diverse partner ecosystem.
You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure partner success and seamless customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Management & Growth
- Manage and develop a portfolio of regional partners.
- Build long-term relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
2. Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners.
- Deliver training and ensure partners become independent and effective.
3. Sales Enablement & Co‑Selling
- Provide partners with tools, training, and commercial support.
- Assist in deal execution: pricing, quoting, registration, and bid support.
4. Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Maintain a strong partner-driven pipeline in CRM.
- Support forecasting and drive revenue through partner success.
5. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure partners follow company policies and commercial standards.
- Address non-compliance constructively and support corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience

3+ years in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales

Experience working with partner ecosystems (e.g., agencies, integrators, distributors, or other commercial partners)

Proven track record in indirect revenue generation
