About the role:

At HYPERVSN we’re potentialy looking to add to our team a Sales / Account Manager to work with inbound opportunities and existing clients, turning projects into long-term, recurring business.

What you’ll do:

  • Own inbound leads from first call to deal closure;
  • Run demos and commercial conversations with marketing agencies and end clients;
  • Create custom proposals to tailor them to your client's needs;
  • Manage existing accounts and grow them through repeat and expanded projects;
  • Nurture past clients and turn one-off projects into recurring relationships;
  • Coordinate closely with delivery, operations, and product teams;
  • Maintain a clear and realistic pipeline and revenue forecast;
  • Work closely with other teams - designers, product team, tech excellence;

What we expect:

  • 2–3 years experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles;
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to structure deals;
  • Confidence in client conversations, including pricing and negotiations;
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and medium to long sales cycles;
  • Discipline and creative approach to follow-up and communication;
  • Discipline in CRM reporting;
  • Comfort working with complex products and custom solutions;

Personal Profile
This role fits someone who is curious, reliable, and comfortable communicating with clients. With 'can-do attitude, they enjoy understanding a client’s idea and turning it into a clear proposal rather than “selling for the sake of selling”.

They’re interested in immersive experiences and creative projects, but think practically about budgets, timelines, and delivery. They’re confident enough to run conversations, ask the right questions, and follow up consistently, without being pushy.

They’re patient with longer sales cycles, good at keeping relationships warm, and take responsibility for details and commitments.
