Global Engagement Specialist

The Global Engagement Specialist is responsible for identifying, organising, and coordinating student engagement opportunities at both local and international levels.

We are looking for a professional who can guide students into the world of global education, help them access meaningful opportunities, and inspire them to grow through international and cross-cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage career counselling and university admissions processes

• Coordinate Summer School programmes

• Organise student participation at the competition and off-campus academic activities

• Develop partnerships with universities and academic institutions

• Participate in government and external engagement initiatives

• Ensure full cycle management: planning, administration, communication, monitoring and reporting

• Work closely with students, parents, and teachers

  
  Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (education / admissions / international programmes preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

• Fluent English (C1), Russian and Uzbek

• Strong writing skills (essays, reports, emails, applications)

• Experience with IELTS / SAT (preferred)

• International study experience is a strong advantage, strong communication and interpersonal skills
