About the Company

We are a growing company with ambitious expansion plans, currently strengthening our HR function. We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to build and maintain efficient HR processes and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, and offboarding
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
• Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Liaise with PRO for visa processing and monitor employee status
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, bonuses)
• Coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payroll processing
• Administer employee health insurance (enrollment, renewals, queries)
• Manage exit processes including visa cancellation and final settlements
• Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in an audit-ready format
• Supervise and guide HR team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Manager roles
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law (mandatory)
• Previous experience in UAE / GCC
• Experience working with PRO and visa processes
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Russian is a plus
