The company (start up) sells a WhatsApp and Telegram delivery tunnel that bypasses filters and blocks so brands can reliably reach users and convert more leads at scale. As B2B Sales Manager, you own the sales motion from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Mission
Close the first wave of key accounts and turn the sales process into a repeatable playbook for future reps.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Target decision-makers at Gambling, Trading, Fintech, Gaming operators, affiliates, and performance agencies.
- Run outbound: LinkedIn, email, events, calls – whatever it takes to book qualified demos.
- Lead sharp, focused demos that show delivery, anti-block logic, analytics, and ROI in simple terms.
- Work with founders on proposals and commercial structures (volume tiers, minimum commitments, test periods).
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline with realistic forecasting and clear next steps on each deal.
- Capture and relay customer feedback to product and marketing to refine features, pricing, and messaging.
- Help create a sales playbook: ICP, scripts, objection handling, and sequences so future hires can ramp faster.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or related performance-driven products.
- Proven track record of meeting or beating quotas with mid-market or enterprise clients.
- Comfortable with outbound and cold-start situations; not reliant on a big inbound machine.
- Strong storytelling and demo skills: can make complex infra and compliance constraints easy to understand and clearly valuable.
- Data-driven mindset: you care about pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales cycle length.
- Role is based in the UAE, office in Dubai, no remote or hybrid option.
- Salary + commission.
How we work.
This is a startup, not a cushy corporate role, forget about 40 hours a week and this is the first red flag, we live in uncertainty and this is the second red flag. The green flag is that we have worked in Google, McKinsey, HubSpot, and know how to scale and sell startups. This job is not for everybody, so don’t expect just to come here and talk fancy about the market and GTM and work like in a big company where you have your scheduling and your working hours, we are obsessed with our product and don’t want anyone who does not feel the same.
