Project Manager (Construction)

forEVo — a fast-growing EV infrastructure startup in Dubai — is looking for a 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 (EV Division).

Responsibilities:
• Lead EV charging projects from A to Z — planning, installation, integration, and handover
• Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
• Coordinate with DEWA, RTA, and other authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of EV charging stations
• Ensure seamless integration of payment terminals, apps, and backend systems
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
• Drive process improvements and adopt innovative technologies for scaling infrastructure
• Act as the main communication hub between partners, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver projects on time and within scope, while maintaining safety and quality standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure/installation projects from A to Z (planning → installation → commissioning → handover)
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and safety standards
• Hands-on experience with EV charging stations, energy, telecom, or utility projects is a strong plus
• Direct experience in communication with government authorities and utilities (especially DEWA, RTA, or similar)

• English C1+

• We are considering only candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Dubai, currently residing in Dubai
