Business/System Analyst

The recruiting agency Brightman invites a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬/𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 to join our client’s team.

The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.

With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Owning day-to-day product decisions to maximise value and ROI for customers and the business.
• Designing and evolving the Central Integration Layer (CIL) in line with the overall integration strategy.
• Translating product vision into a clear roadmap, prioritised epics, and release plans.
• Managing and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring clarity, readiness, and proper sizing.
• Making informed scope and trade-off decisions, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, risks, and timelines.
• Coordinating integrations across agent channels, partner systems, and metaportal solutions.
• Ensuring end-to-end support of travel insurance sales with additional medical and chronic disease coverage.
• Engaging stakeholders across business and technology teams and leading sprint reviews and demos.
• Overseeing release planning, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch adoption.

Must-haves:

• Commercial experience as a Business/System Analyst for 3+ years.
• Strong skills in UML, Jira, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (e.g. SQL Client, DBeaver or similar tools).
• Solid practical experience with Postman, REST, SOAP, SFTP, and ELK stack.
• Proven experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business, user, and functional requirements.
• Strong skills in prototyping and business process modelling, with a focus on customer-oriented solutions.
• Creative and customer-centered mindset when identifying and designing optimal user solutions.
• Experience working with development and QA tools, including IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven, Jenkins, TestNG, Selenium, TIBCO, and Jaspersoft.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
