The Role: We are looking for a senior-level Product Manager based in Minsk to lead product initiatives with a heavy focus on UX/UI and technical execution. You will own the product lifecycle from 0→1 prototypes to scaling features across large catalogs for our US and international based clients.

What you’ll do

● US & International Client Management: Direct experience working with US & international based clients to translate complex goals into simple, high-quality requirements.

● UX/UI Focus: Partner closely with Design to shape intuitive interfaces and maintain a high bar for visual quality across all shopping experiences.

● Product: Lead product discovery through research, testing, and experimentation. Continuously improve the product based on feedback, data, and market trends

● Technical Leadership: Partner with Engineering and AI teams to navigate technical trade-offs, feasibility, and delivery.

● Cross-functional Coordination: Lead collaboration between the 3D team, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and scalable workflows.

● Data-Driven Iteration: Define product KPIs track impact using Google Analytics and Looker Studio to iterate on product performance and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

● Product Strategy: Define and drive the product roadmap for key shopping experiences, balancing client needs, platform scalability, and long-term product vision.

Key Requirements

● Product Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, specifically working with US-based clients and stakeholders, with experience shaping product direction and roadmaps.

● Design Orientation: Strong visual product sense and understanding of UI/UX best practices, deep attention to detail, and ability to iterate and improve designs based on user insights.

● Platform Thinking: Experience designing product solutions that scale across multiple clients, brands, or product catalogs.

● Execution: Proven ability to manage backlogs, prioritize under pressure, and unblock decisions quickly.

● AI-First Workflow: Expert-level ability to use AI tools for day-to-day PM tasks, including research, generating mockups and prototypes.

● Language: Fluent in English (C2/ C1) and Russian for clear communication with international clients and local teams.
