BYD Central Asia is seeking a highly organized and proactive After-Sales Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of training programs across the Central Asian dealer network.
This role will play a key part in coordinating technical and non-technical training activities, managing training administration processes, supporting dealers with training logistics, and maintaining accurate training records.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an international and fast-growing automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Coordination
- Coordinate scheduling and organization of technical and non-technical training sessions for dealer networks across Central Asia.
- Manage training registrations, participant lists, and confirmations.
- Support logistical preparation of training sessions including training rooms, equipment, and learning materials.
- Ensure training sessions are properly prepared and organized prior to delivery.
- Maintain organized records of training activities and participant attendance.
2. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Upload training courses, exams, and learning materials to the system.
- Monitor course completion and maintain accurate training records.
- Assist in generating LMS training reports and statistics.
- Support dealers and technicians with LMS access and user issues.
3. Training Content & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparation and formatting of training presentations and documentation.
- Support development and formatting of training exams and assessment materials.
- Maintain version control and organization of training documentation.
- Assist with translation and localization of training materials when required.
4. Dealer Communication & Training Support
- Act as a communication point for dealer training inquiries.
- Coordinate communication with dealer networks regarding training schedules and participation.
- Distribute official training invitations, confirmations, and training notices.
- Support onboarding of new dealer technicians into training programs.
- Assist in collecting training feedback and supporting continuous improvement of training programs.
5. Training Payment & Administrative Coordination
- Support administrative processes related to dealer participation in paid training programs.
- Coordinate training registrations and payment procedures with dealers.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of training invoices in cooperation with the finance department.
- Maintain records of training registrations, confirmations, and payment status.
- Track training attendance lists to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Support coordination of pre-payment and post-payment training processes according to company policy.
6. Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain training participation statistics and certification records.
- Assist in preparing training reports and performance summaries.
- Support tracking of technician training status and certification progress.
- Ensure training documentation and reporting data are accurate and well organized.
