Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage direct sales to cement plants and related heavy industries.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing cement plant accounts; leverage established industry networks.
- Identify and secure new plant opportunities and projects.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and tender submissions.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor receivables and support timely cash collection in line with company policies.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of B2B industrial sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in:
- Cement, mining, or power plants
- Conveyors and power transmission products (chains, belts, gearboxes, drives)
- Industrial components such as castings, welding electrodes, or related equipment
- Proven success selling directly to cement plants; an existing customer network is highly preferred.
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation, tendering, and contract management.
- Fluent in Kazakh; English proficiency is an advantage.
Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.
