Frontend Software Engineer with React

• Develop and maintain Single Page Applications using React (functional components + hooks)
• Design, write and test new frontend features, with a strong focus on coding and logic refactoring
• Contribute to performance improvements using tools such as React Developer Tools, Lighthouse and Web Vitals
• Work closely with the Product Owner to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (planning, demo, retrospective)
• Ensure transparency on blockers, estimates and technical decisions
• Respect the agreed communication flow (all stakeholder interaction goes through the Product Owner).
• Align working hours to ensure daily overlap with the Romania team

• 4+ years of professional experience working with React (SPA)
• Strong experience with React hooks (useState, useContext)
• Experience writing clean, modular and maintainable code
• Solid English communication skills
• TypeScript (migration planned in the future)
• Previous exposure to Redux
• Experience with Kendo UI
• Familiarity with frontend testing tools
