Frontend React Developer — Full-Time | On-Site

We are building a logistics OS and need a frontend dev to turn complex operational data into clean, performant interfaces
You should be equally comfortable designing pixel-perfect components and wiring up app-wide state
You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you must take ownership of closing knowledge gaps fast—using docs, SDKs, and AI as a force multiplier, not a substitute for understanding

Core Requirements

• React & Next.js: Production Next.js experience (routing, SSR/SSG tradeoffs, App vs. Pages router)
• Deep understanding of component architecture, re-render optimization, and npm/pnpm workspaces
• State Management: Hands-on Zustand expertise (store design, slices, middleware) and a strict understanding of when to use global vs. local vs. server state
• Styling & UI Foundation: Deep CSS fundamentals (Flexbox, Grid, complex responsive layouts)
• You must be able to build polished, production-grade UI from scratch without relying solely on prebuilt components shadcn/ui
• Mastery: Solid experience with shadcn/ui and its ecosystem (Tremor, shadcn-table)
• Must know how to customize, override styles, and build on top of Radix UI primitives
• Integrations & Independence: Highly comfortable reading third-party SDK/library docs and implementing integrations independently

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• React Native experience (mobile is on the roadmap)
• Familiarity with data-heavy UI patterns (complex tables, advanced filters, real-time dashboards)
• Experience with Sentry for frontend error tracking
