Marketing Specialist (Digital Power)

Duties:

• Plan and execute marketing and branding activities for Huawei Digital Power in Central Asia, supporting business development and market expansion;

• Organize marketing campaigns, industry events, and promotional activities to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales opportunities;

• Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new Digital Power products and solutions, including product launches and pilot project implementation;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pilot projects (0–1) and scale successful solutions across the market (1–N);

• Develop and promote industry solution scenarios, identify business opportunities, and strengthen Huawei Digital Power’s industry influence;

• Support commercial planning and business model development for Digital Power products and solutions in the regional market;

• Monitor regional market trends, demand forecasting, and resource planning to ensure alignment between supply and customer demand;

• Ensure compliance with company policies related to information security, trade compliance, and data protection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Energy Engineering, or a related field;

• Background in renewable energy, digital energy, or power industry is preferred;

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or business development;

• Experience in organizing large-scale marketing events or industry activities is an advantage;

• Experience in product launches, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and market expansion initiatives;

• Strong marketing campaign planning and execution skills;

• Good project management and organizational skills;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally;

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and integrate internal resources;

• Knowledge of Digital Power products or renewable energy solutions is preferred;

• Fluency in English and Russian (knowledge of Chinese is a plus);

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7).
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
