HR Operations:
Employee personal files management
Leaves management / employee allowances / employee expenses claims
Ensure compliance documentation to Labour Law and internal policies
Constant review and documents update as per legale requirements (contracts/ JDs, Internal Rules and Regulations, etc.)
SAP process management / data accuracy
Related order creation
Documentation and reporting
Contract management for all HR related events/ activities (ex.- recruitment agencies, insurance provider, job boards platform, labour medicine provider, engagement events/ activities, etc.)
Сontract management for HR related events / activities
All staff cost related expense budgeting/ planning/ effective funds allocation / spend tracking
Legal and compliance process fulfilment
Technical requirements:
Strong understanding of Organization Design & Development, Resourcing, Capability Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Talent Management practices.
Advanced of knowledge of English and Uzbek languages
Work experience in international companies
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAP HR would be an asset);
Educational & Experience:
Higher education, degree in HR/management of business will be as advantage
At least 5 years of experience on similar role
Local labour legislation knowledge
People menegement skills
