Project Manager - Startup Ecosystem Players Support Division

About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager who will manage partnership initiatives from idea to implementation and be fully responsible for the final results.

This role is for someone who can take ownership, keep processes under control, and consistently deliver projects to completion.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management

• Experience working with partners or external stakeholders

• Strong negotiation and business communication skills

• Ability to structure processes and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• High level of responsibility and result-oriented mindset

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

• Managing partnership projects (both local and international) from start to finish

• Coordinating collaboration with accelerators, funds, startup communities, and relevant organizations

• Conducting negotiations and handling business correspondence (in English and Uzbek)

• Preparing and coordinating MoUs, agreements, and project plans

• Organizing events such as roundtables, meetings, demo days, delegations, and working visits

• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and KPIs

• Collecting and analyzing feedback from partners and program participants

• Preparing reports and presentations on project outcomes

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in the startup ecosystem, investments, or acceleration programs

• Understanding of the venture capital market

• Knowledge of the startup lifecycle

• Experience organizing large-scale events

• Strong professional network within the startup ecosystem
