B2B Sales Manager — Company (Tashkent)

Salary: 8–15 million UZS + bonuses
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join a company supplying equipment for the food industry.

Responsibilities:
• Search for and develop corporate clients
• Sell equipment and consumables
• Manage the full sales cycle: quotations, negotiations, contracts, deliveries
• Achieve KPI targets and work in CRM systems
• Participate in exhibitions and presentations
• Conduct market analysis and manage client experience

Requirements:
• Higher education — mandatory
• Experience in B2B sales: 1–2+ years (or candidates without experience considered)
• Russian — fluent; Uzbek — good; English — an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills, responsibility, and initiative
• Confident user of Excel, 1C / CRM
