SOC Quality & Compliance Lead

Ensures SOC processes comply with quality standards and compliance requirements.​

Key Responsibilities:​

• Developing and maintaining SOC procedures and playbooks.​

• Monitoring the quality of incident management and monitoring activities.​

• Conducting internal reviews and ensuring SLA compliance.​

• Collaborating with internal and external auditors.​

• Analyzing incidents for correctness of response.​

Requirements:​

• At least 3 years of SOC experience focused on quality and compliance.​

• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST.​

• Experience in documentation preparation.​
