We deliver the full development lifecycle using cutting-edge solutions (all new projects run on Kubernetes), from defining business requirements to the technical support of the delivered product. As part of our team, you will work on large projects and with well-known international brands from Israel, Europe and the USA.
Due to the expansion of the Belarus office, we have opened the position of Technical Support.
What you’ll do:
- Handle support tickets for existing customers subscribed to open-source technologies and other support requests;
- Communicate with customers in English via ticketing systems, meetings, ensuring clear, professional, and timely responses;
- Analyze incoming support requests, determine the required support level (L2 / L3);
- Coordinate resolution of tickets and ensure alignment with SLA and quality standards;
- Search, select, and assign appropriate open-source experts based on customer subscriptions and technical requirements;
- Coordinate collaboration with L2 and L3 support engineers;
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer between customers, internal teams, and assigned experts;
- Track ticket progress and maintain transparency with customers throughout the support lifecycle;
- Prepare case studies immediately after support ticket closure.
What we expect:
- 3+ years of support experience (technical);
- English level: B2–C1, with strong spoken and written communication skills;
- Openness to learning and willingness to grow in open-source and other technologies;
- Technical mindset with the ability to understand infrastructure and system-level concepts is a must;
- Experience with any tools would be a plus: Freshdesk, HubSpot, Clockify, WordPress, Wiki.js, AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP, GitLab, Opsgenie, Bitwarden, Zoom, Google meet, Teams, Custom internal platforms and websites.
