We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who will fully own content production and brand presence across digital channels — especially LinkedIn.
What you’ll do
- Proactively extract topics from founders, product, and business teams.
- Write and edit content across formats: LinkedIn posts, website, presentations, investor updates, case studies, campaigns, and multimedia content
- Turn complex fintech / mobility / business topics into clear, structured narratives.
- Actively manage LinkedIn presence: publish posts, initiate discussions, engage in comments, support founders’ profiles, increase visibility and reach.
- Drive organic distribution: comment strategies, cross-posting, light community interaction.
- Ensure consistency of tone and messaging across all materials.
- Use AI tools to support research and speed up production.
What we’re looking for
- Strong writing and editing skills (journalism, media, content, communications, or SMM background).
- Understanding of LinkedIn mechanics and organic growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently without detailed briefs.
- Comfort interviewing stakeholders and turning conversations into content.
- High ownership and consistency in execution.
- Fluent English and Russian
