Job Title: KG Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (Home Office)
Job Purpose:
Develop and grow the B2B business in Kyrgyzstan, focusing on ENBU and ESBU (VIGI, CCTV), may need to develop whole ISP business and CCTV channels for Tapo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and develop new sales channels (e.g., ISP, CCTV).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Report on business performance and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience in ICT or sales.
- Experience working with distributors.
- General understanding of networking and ICT equipment.
- Technical or economic education.
- • Kyrgyz - preferred (strong advantage for local B2B development)
- • English - Intermediate and abovе (sufficient for work communication and reporting to the director)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
Compensation:
- Monthly net salary: 400,000 - 800,000 KZT.
