The Perfect Store Acceleration Leader (TEMPORARY position) is responsible for driving in-store excellence and Perfect Store strategic initiatives across Türkiye, Caucasus, and Uzbekistan. The role ensures robust data‑driven decision‑making, leads core Perfect Store strategic processes and projects, partners closely with One Demand, and represents the Perfect Store agenda within S&OP+ forums. Additionally, the role oversees the planning and prioritization of value‑driving initiatives to maximize commercial impact across the CEA unit.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead continuous improvement of our in-store presence via analyzing Perfect Store data from various reporting tools, generating insights, setting and tracking Perfect store KPIs and guiding Sales teams towards excellence in execution.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment on Focus KPIs, including Perfect store priorities, category strategies, brand activations, and strategic customer initiatives.
- Ensure consistent Perfect Store standards and methodology across markets and their compliance with regional guidelines.
- Partner closely with the One Demand team and integrate Perfect Store analytics into One Demand processes to strengthen end‑to‑end planning.
- Contribute to development of digital and data tools enabling better decision‑making and execution excellence.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of Perfect Store value creation initiatives across markets, prioritize them based on ROI, feasibility, and impact on commercial strategy, and drive the delivery of initiatives’ targets.
- Represent the Perfect Store agenda in S&OP+ discussions, present analytical conclusions, risks & opportunities, and performance drivers influencing business results.

- Strong analytical background with experience in commercial analytics, retail execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of FMCG, sales fundamentals, and retail environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort representing insights in front of senior management.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and in multi‑country environments.
- Strategic mindset coupled with strong project management abilities.
