Your Background at a Glance:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, or Logistics, including leadership responsibility

• Strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP

• Proven experience managing complex supply chains in a fast-paced, commercial environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
  Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work effectively in cross-functional environments

• Experience working with factories, regional HQs, and multiple sales channels

• Results-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability

• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or above)

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations aligned with business strategy and commercial objectives
• Ensure high customer service levels while optimizing inventory and operational costs
• Develop and manage demand and supply planning processes using sales data, market insights, promotions, and seasonality
• Own and drive S&OP processes to balance demand and supply across business segments
• Plan and control product procurement in line with sales plans and contractual agreements
• Confirm factory orders, coordinate shipments, and plan distribution across sales channels
• Monitor inventory levels and allocate products across channels in both short-term and long-term horizons
• Ensure timely and complete product delivery to customers
• Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, stock coverage, and out-of-stock
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Planning, and Order Processing
• Support and manage supply chain activities related to new product launches
